Rotheran Bay is a massive Irenic Ocean bay that occupies the entire southern portion of Velothi Island and is one of the biggest bays in Scarabia. It sits opposite and very close to the other large bay on Velothi Island, Masobi Bay.
The bay is known for it's overly concentrated amounts of Sweagulls.

Rotheran Housing District
Located along Rotheran Bay, Velothi Island, Rotheran Housing District hosts a number of moderate sized houses. Being a private neighborhood, there are a few rules which homeowners agree to, such as using astrograss lawns, white fences, etc.
The whole neighborhood is located along Easy Street, which runs close to Highway 10. Most households are families, as Masobi Bay Elementary is just across the highway. There's a city park near the center, and the community is part of the local SPZ.
Masobi Bay Elementary
Masobi Bay Elementary is the local elementary school that services most of Velothi Island, although most children that attend live in the Rotheran Housing District.
It is a fully staffed and serviced elementary school with all the necessary ameneties:
- Library
- Cafeteria
- Classrooms (fully furnished as well as completely empty)
- Playground
- Basketball courts
- Extremely dangerous and unguarded entrances into Sharman Caves that pose immediate lawsuit risk
