Syntax Manor is former and original residence of of Syntax that was built on land that is now encompassed by Town Square Park.
Syntax was forced to move due to the area becoming way too busy to be able to concentrate on work being the Mayor of SW City. He constructed and moved out to Syntax Mansion which is located much farther away from the city center in the Avatar Mountains.

Construction
Initial construction on the house began on November 19, 1999 and the house has been renovated multiple times over the years.

Features
The Manor features a large 2 car garage, a pool (which houses the 2001 Best Website CY Award), and an xtop.rwx on top of the roof which is an extremely lazy way to finish a roof top off.
